A white desert that glows under the full moon
In winter the Great Rann dries into a flat white crust of salt that runs to the horizon. Dhordo hosts Rann Utsav, a tent city of folk music, crafts and camel carts. Come for full-moon nights on the salt and day trips to Kalo Dungar, the Bhujodi weavers and the Harappan city of Dholavira.
